The drive to Selling took me through flat Jutland fields under a gray autumn sky. I pulled up to Lübker Square, a wellness spot tucked into the countryside, and felt the chill lift as I stepped inside. The place had a quiet hum, with folks milling about in robes, ready for some warmth.
